Originally named the Mas de Gaillard the Castle's history spans several centuries back to the legend that a 13th century knight owned this rural land.
Restored by Françoise and Catherine Bon; mother and daughter, the two restaurants offer a lunch by the pool and a more gourmet food in the indoor rooms.
Although quite chic it is absolutely families friendly.

This is definitely one of my favourite places. Not only because Patricia and me were in elementary school together and kept that fantastic joyful energy, but also because the food is absolutely delicious, the crowd is magically mingled between faithful customer, old friends, and celebrities, a very quintessential mix.
During the summer season, Patricia keep the restaurant opened everyday of the week… and late hours too. In winter they travel the world!
It has a feeling of what Provence has always been, small village, and café in the street.

Marc Maloyan opened about 2 years ago and it is THE place to go. In the past he has brought home a few “Charlotte aux Fraises” that would bring tears to my eyes, I am not kidding.
Marc is a chef from Lyon trained at Bocuse and worked through the best table of the region, he is an artist and a compulsive cook. Listen to him in that video and you will understand it all.
Call him and talk to him, do not send a message, I doubt he’ll have the time to reply and book well in advance. I wish you the most striking buds awareness of your life!
I forgot to mention the icing on the cake as this gastronomic menu will cost you 15 Euros...!
